Min erfaring med belter er meget bra! Jeg synes det fungerte over all forventning, og er langt mer håndterlig enn snøscooter(sier dette, tross at jeg forguder snøscootere). Problemet er skikkelig bratte bakker med djup puddersnø. En snøscooter opparbeider en seg fart med, men dette er vanskelig med ATV. En må derfor enten vinsje litt, hvis eller kjøre som med bil, la det krabbe seg fram, og pakke snøen under beltene!

Jeg kjørte 07mod. Sportsman 800 EFI. Kjørte forøvrig i over en meter djup puddersnø, med fattern og veslebror hengende etter på ski, og min bedre halvdel sittende bak meg, og det var kun de skikkelig bratte bakkene de etter slapp taket.

men det går an å kjøre seg fast, da har man en jobb å få løftet på 400kg, så fremt man ikke har vinsj men div ekstrautstyr.
mener jeg ga 26.000,- for kitet, som forøvrig var montert og brukt en gang.

Snakket med en på Oma som hadde prøvd en( Tror det var en Honda) med belter, han var imponert over fremkommeligheten i snø.

Hytta mi ligger på en støl som det tar 3,5 timer å gå på ski til i turtempo, er til tider dyp snø og kupert.

Vet at Røde Kors, til forveksling noe helt annet en Røde Khmer, har hatt god erfaring med Polaris sportsman og belter.
Men husker ikke om det var apache eller comander snøbelter.

Ser jo at prisene er på vei ned.
