Hjelp, atv lader ikke.

Har en kymco 250 kxr som ikke lader ved kjøring.
Ladet batteriet i dag og målte med multimeter fikk da 13.85 volt. Så startet eg den og fikk 12.83 volt ved tomgang og gir eg på litt så synker volten sakte men sikkert. Kan nevne at eg har byttet regulatoren (til yamaha 250, i følge naboen skulle det gå helt fint) uten hell.

Er det noen som har noen tips til hva det kan være? Hadde satt stor pris på all hjelp og tips
